Komal Badar is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and talent development professional with over a decade of experience in corporate strategy, people development, and business consulting across the Middle East. As the Founder of Connect Glocal and Regional Talent Development Manager at Savills Middle East, she has led transformative initiatives that empower individuals and organizations to grow with purpose.

Komal’s journey from starting her career as a cabin crew at 18 to leading regional learning and development programs that reflects her passion for resilience, women’s empowerment, and creating opportunities for others. Her achievements span mentoring emerging leaders, driving HR innovation, and building bridges between global vision and local excellence, the very foundation on which Connect Glocal (CGSMENA) stands.
